Job summary

Five Acres is seeking a qualified QA Compliance Manager to support local, state, and federal regulatory adherence across mental health and social services programs. The role emphasizes audit readiness, policy development, and continuous quality improvement within a large agency.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree in social work or marriage and family therapy, licensure or hours toward licensure, and proven QA leadership in DMH/DCFS‑funded environments.

Qualifications

• Masters-level education in social work or marriage and family therapy.
• Licensure or credentialing preferred and/or hours toward BBS.
• Experience implementing quality assurance programs in mental health/human services.
• Contracts administration skills and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to promote QA expectations across a large organization.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Improvement Committee meetings and informs agency staff of updates.
• Maintains documentation of QA activities and collaborates with mental health/human services agencies.
• Writes policies and procedures to improve communication and information flow.
• Reviews documents for quality, compliance, and deadlines per funding contracts; reports findings.
• Oversees organization of records for visits and audits; prepares audit reports as needed.
• Coordinates QA review processes to ensure compliance with DMH, COA, and other agencies.
