Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with quality systems or assembly is preferred.
• Ability to inspect materials and finished goods per specs.
• Proficiency in basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals).
• Ability to read safety rules and work orders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and recordkeeping.
• Effective communication with partners and auditors.
• Ability to work onsite and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials against specifications and release conforming materials for production use.
• Audit assembly lines and finished goods to verify compliance with work order specs and customer requirements.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Review, approve, and release production documentation for timely shipments.
• Record finished goods data and communicate issues to operations, project managers, customers, and auditors.
• Support internal and customer audits and regulatory audits; assist with training when requested.
• Communicate company policies and customer requirements; help develop related processes and training.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area; support continuous improvement and overtime as needed.
