Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Quality Manager for its production facility to ensure quality standards are met and maintained, including customer and regulatory compliance. The role will lead quality teams and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

The successful candidate will coordinate testing, audits and corrective actions while fostering a positive quality culture and cross-functional collaboration with operating staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of corrugated box plant experience in quality or leadership role.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance, data analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing and measurement program to validate capability and customer specs.
• Develop, collect and report performance metrics to senior management.
• Lead and monitor CAR and RCCA activities for systemic issues.
