Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills are essential.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access; Windows based environment.
• Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards.
• Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude are expected.
• Quality and insurance experience is helpful; mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Must understand all insurance processes and client business rules.
• Understand lender placed processes and insurance documents.
• Ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are met.
• Compile discrepancies for training and trend analysis.
• Identify error trends and report to leadership.
• Prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced team environment.
