• Analyzes audit findings to recommend corrective actions.
• Maintains data and workflow to monitor performance across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform Audits, Assessments, and Reviews across multiple processes (60%).
• Audit Employee Quality and Lender Levels in designated areas.
• Identify high risk defects and provide remediation recommendations.
• Review audit results to determine prevalence across employees/business areas.
• Lead data integrity and workflow management activities (25%).
• Assist with change management and updates to policies and procedures (15%).
• Provide training resources to end users and communicate risk tips.
