The ideal candidate has meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record in quality assurance within manufacturing or production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred in a relevant field (QA, Eng, Biz).
• 3+ years in quality assurance or auditing, preferably in manufacturing/production.
• Certifications such as CQA, CQT, or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001) and related regulations.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and QA software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of operational processes to assess compliance with QMS and procedures.
• Identify deviations, defects, or non-conformities and document findings.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and CAPA recommendations.
• Track corrective actions for effectiveness and recurrence prevention.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify KPIs and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and management to drive quality improvements.
• Maintain quality records including checklists, reports, and CAPA plans.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist inspections by regulators/customers.
• Assist in developing and delivering training on QA policies and procedures.
