The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Word/Excel/Access, and the ability to thrive in a team-driven, fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient in Windows based environment – specifically Word, Excel, and Access
• Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards
• Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained
• Quality and insurance experience helpful
• Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Re-audit the completed reviews performed by QA teams to ensure consistency
• Understand insurance processes and client business rules
• Ensure information is updated accurately and production metrics are met
• Compile and document discrepancies for training and trend analysis
• Identify error trends and report to leadership
• Prioritize workflow in a fast-paced, team-based environment
