Job summary

Foot Locker in Junction City, KS is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for the distribution center. This role is not remote and will involve ownership of QA policies across the network and collaboration with key vendors such as Nike and Adidas to maintain high quality standards.

You will analyze data, track KPIs, and drive improvements in inventory quality, product conformance, and cost reduction. A Six Sigma belt and strong communication with executive leadership are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-7+ years combined experience in quality assurance and inventory control.
• Six Sigma green belt or higher.
• Proven track record of inventory control initiatives that improved accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, including executives.

Responsibilities

• Support developing, implementing, and owning all quality assurance policies across the distribution center network.
• Provide analytics to standardize inventory quality assurance to improve customer product satisfaction scores.
• Track North American KPIs for quality assurance and support site ICQA Operations Managers.
• Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Lead quality audits at each facility to ensure adherence to procedures.
• Collaborate with vendor relations to improve product quality with retailers.
• Work with Finance to develop a total cost of quality reporting to senior leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve total cost of quality and customer satisfaction for e-commerce orders.
• Benchmark with other retailers to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide oversight of quality assurance programs in supply chain.
