Foot Locker, Inc. in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead North America supply chain QA teams at the Camp Hill distribution center.

You will develop QA policies, partner with key vendors, and focus on improving quality metrics and customer satisfaction for both stores and e‑commerce. The role requires a Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt preferred), strong leadership, and the ability to travel up to 25–50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance with proficiency in developing quality standards and standardizing SOPs.
• Proven track record of implementing inventory control initiatives that resulted in improved accuracy, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Able to travel 25-50% of the time domestically and internationally (Canada).
• Leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.
• Confidence in presenting to executive leadership team and board of directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and own all quality assurance policies, procedures, and expectations across the distribution center network.
• Standardize inventory quality assurance to improve customer product satisfaction and protect the Foot Locker brand.
• Set KPIs for quality assurance and support ICQA Operations Managers to meet expectations.
• Analyze quality data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reductions.
• Lead quality audits and provide feedback to vendors for quality improvement.
