• Support creation, implementation, and maintenance of quality procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
• Perform data collection and analysis related to defects, trends, and improvements.
• Participate in CAPA for non-conforming products or processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Assist in development and improvement of quality control processes and testing methods.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to increase reliability and reduce waste.
