Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking interns to join the Supply Chain team in Junction City, Kansas, supporting QA and Inventory Control activities within distribution centers. You will perform inspections, data analysis, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.

The role offers exposure to CAPA, quality improvement projects, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams, while working in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad student pursuing Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• GPA requirement: 3.2.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist QA and IC teams with inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
• Support creation and maintenance of quality procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
• Collect and analyze data on product defects, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and CAPA for non-conforming products or processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Help develop and improve quality control processes and testing methods.
