Job summary

Golden 1 is seeking an Operations Quality Assurance Specialist to analyze and audit Payment Operations and Service Operations. The role requires strong regulatory knowledge and the ability to produce timely QA results while maintaining internal controls.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in financial analysis within a financial institution and a Bachelor’s in business/finance. This is a full-time, non-exempt position based in California with standard banking compliance duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Three years or more in credit/financial analysis within a financial institution.
• Knowledge of banking regs and compliance practices; stays current on rules.

Responsibilities

• Review a statistical sample of Payment Operations and Service Operations processes.
• Monitor Service Operations calls for quality, proper documentation and customer ID practices.
• Complete regulatory and compliance tasks and required learning modules on time.
• Maintain understanding of state and federal banking laws and policies.
• Meet daily and monthly production goals and contribute to KPIs.
