• Monitor and assess checking accounts with overdrafts and close accounts per policy.
• Respond to member requests for account information and perform research for timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve member concerns, disputes, and inquiries related to checking accounts.
• Assist seniors and supervisors in department-level initiatives and special projects.
• Provide comprehensive support across the department and handle additional tasks as assigned.
• Escalate potential system or member issues promptly and communicate with management.
