Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a remote, cross-functional team in the United States. You will design, execute, and validate test plans for new features, bug fixes, and integrations, coordinating with developers, owners, and support staff to ensure high-quality releases.

Your role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience testing software across client/server, web, and mobile environments.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications, creating and executing test cases, validating results, and documenting defects clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including defect reports, release notes, and customer-facing docs.
• Ability to work with developers, support staff, product stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Windows PC/LAN environments and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Agile software development and test management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for new features and bug fixes.
• Document and investigate defects, enhancements, and customer issues with stakeholders.
• Communicate release changes through notes and demonstrations for customers and internal teams.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support testing, defect analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
