Job summary

Harris Computer is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Mobile Team. The role focuses on creating and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases, validating new features, bug fixes, and integrations, and ensuring high-quality releases.

You will document and track defects, collaborate with developers and product owners, and prepare clear release notes and demonstrations for customers. Ability to work in a remote-friendly but largely team-based environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience testing software applications and executing test cases with clear defect reports.
• Ability to document defects and communicate findings to developers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a remote team.
• Experience with Windows PC/LAN environments and Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Agile environments and test management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for features, fixes, integrations, and release validation.
• Document, investigate, reproduce, and validate defects and customer-reported issues with cross-functional collaboration.
• Communicate release changes via release notes and feature demonstrations for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Utilize approved AI-assisted tools to support testing, defect analysis, and documentation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and release readiness practices.
