Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Required).
• Strong analytical, customer service, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to balance other business considerations while meeting timelines.
• Quick learner, flexible at work, and able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Read, write, and interpret documents such as policies and procedures; present information to internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (Intermediate level).

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and assists with quality management and accreditation.
• Supports the Quality Management (QM) Department and the QM Committee (QMC).
• Assists with the review and approval process for policies, procedures and documents.
• Updates records, transcribes meeting minutes, reviews documents, and performs spreadsheet data entry.
• Assists with the inventory of print collateral and promotional items used by departments.
• Assists with the preparation of collateral and material for mass mailings and emails.
