Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Quality Control Manager (QC) to support a government contract in Maui, Hawai`i. You will develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP), craft procedures to prevent non-performance, and ensure timely submission to the government for acceptance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 5 years in facilities O&M, strong data analysis, and the ability to lead QC activities, coordinate with PM/COR, and present QC metrics at quarterly meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and standards; data analysis and statistics.
• Ability to write a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Experience managing QC for government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP).
• Submit QCP to CO/PM/COR for acceptance and update as required.
• Develop QCP content: inspection system, data analysis, defect prevention.
• Submit monthly surveillance schedules and attend government inspections.
• Schedule quarterly QC meetings with stakeholders and report metrics.
• Maintain all QC records for the contract duration and after.
