Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical, customer service, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to balance other business considerations while meeting timelines.
• Quick learner, flexible at work, and capable of working independently and in a team environment.
• Read, write, and interpret policies, procedures, documents, and reports; effectively present information and respond to customers.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and assists with quality management and accreditation.
• Provides support to the Quality Management (QM) Department and the QM Committee (QMC).
• Assists with review and approval process for policies, procedures and documents.
• Updates records, transcribes meeting minutes, reviews documents, and performs spreadsheet data entry.
• Assists with inventory of print collateral and promotional items used by departments.
• Assists with preparation of collateral and material for mass mailings and emails.
