Job summary

Responsibilities

• Updates records, transcribes meeting minutes, reviews documents, and performs spreadsheet data entry.
• Assists with inventory of print collateral and promotional items used by departments.
• Assists with preparation of collateral and material for mass mailings and emails.

• Knowledge of provider network management, wellness and health promotion, and other credentialing requirements
• Basic-level proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint

Starting Salary Range: $35,000 - $45,000 annually. Full salary range is broader and depends on experience.

Work Location: In-office position in Downtown Honolulu, Hawaii. May later be eligible to work from home one (1) day per week subject to management approval.
