Job summary

International Motors, LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas, is expanding its production operations with a new second shift scheduled for early 2027. The Associate Team Member - Quality will support a safe, organized, and continually improving work environment by adhering to EHS standards, 5S, problem solving, and housekeeping practices.

The role will aid the night-shift launch by collaborating across functions to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing / production experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow verbal and written work instructions, SOPs, and position standards.
• Maintain 5S, safe work practices, and housekeeping; escalate issues as needed.
• Support night-shift launch, training, and transition from first to second shift.
• Perform routine inspections of products, processes, and materials to ensure quality; document deviations.
