Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of employment in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities of a manufacturing team of production operators.
• Lead daily start-up meeting and ergonomic practices; establish job rotation.
• Guide development and use of standard work instructions.
• Perform first response troubleshooting and minor maintenance during production.
• Ensure team meets 5S+1, quality, delivery, Kaizen, and cost goals.
• Recognize individuals for goals and contributions.
• Apply problem-solving methods (e.g., 5 Why) to drive permanent corrective action.
• Drive Kaizen for continuous improvement in work cells.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Lead preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform cell audits and track progress.
