Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to safely operate converting equipment on a night shift. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork on a fast-paced production floor.

Responsibilities include adjusting machine settings, loading parts, performing assembly tasks, and documenting daily results. The ideal candidate will read work instructions and drawings, work well in a team, and be committed to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience is REQUIRED.
• Experience working in a team environment helpful.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on quality and safety.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate converting equipment (CNC, Welder, Press, Printer).
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to meet production targets.
• Load and unload parts to/from semi-automated equipment.
• Perform assembly tasks such as labeling, trimming, Velcro application.
• Maintain quality standards and procedures.
• Read and apply work instructions and drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Receive and follow verbal instructions with minimal reinforcement.
• Report maintenance needs and support preventive maintenance.
