Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust QA and QC processes for sub-assembly and general assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality into manufacturing.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• Audit processes and ensure adherence to quality standards for new car launches.
• Work with suppliers to set and monitor incoming material quality.
• Develop and maintain FMEA, control plans, and quality manuals.
