Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline required or equivalent; two+ years experience in lieu of degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, program management, or relevant support services.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and prepare data from EMR, regulatory databases, and internal quality tools.
• Conduct descriptive and exploratory analyses to identify performance trends and quality improvement opportunities.
• Write and execute SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports summarizing performance indicators and regulatory outcomes.
• Create clear data visualizations (dashboards, charts) for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, IT to address data-related questions and resolve data quality concerns.
• Support enterprise quality improvement and patient safety initiatives with data analysis and insight.
• Assist senior analysts with data preparation, trend identification, and results interpretation.
• Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail, deadlines, and changing priorities.
