Job Duties
- Construct new job files and set up MDR (Manufacturing Data Report) Books
- Assist with Quality Engineering, Project Engineers and Internal and External Inspectors
- Assist with Document Control Duties
- Meet deadlines for final documentation
- Prepare final documentation for jobs
- Participate in ISO 9001 audits and reports
- Performs administrative duties such as scanning, filing, making copies, etc.
- Produces a variety of reports as deemed necessary
- Manages various reports using Microsoft Office, gathering information from other departments
Requirements
- Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to interact effectively with persons inside and outside of the company. Must be able to work under stress. Must be able to handle multiple priorities. Must be able to process paperwork effectively.
- Manufacturing and Document Control Experience Preferred
- Experience with MTR (Material Traceability Report) Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong Problem-Solving Ability
- Excellent Time Management Skills
- Thorough Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Organized
- Self-Motivated
- Highly Proactive
