SPARC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional to join our Assertive Community Treatment team. In this role, you'll help clients achieve stability by building and strengthening relationships between clients and providers to support integrated, whole-person care.

You will assist clients in navigating benefits and support systems to ensure continued access to the resources they rely on, with flexible scheduling and a supportive, values-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults and/or adolescents in mental health.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related).
