Job summary

SPARC Programs in Charlotte/Concord, NC is hiring Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QP) with starting pay of $45,000–$55,000 per year plus incentive bonuses. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with children/adolescents in mental health and a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field (psychology, sociology, or related).

FCT experience is welcomed; bonuses apply for obtaining FCT certification within 6 months ($1500) or within 1 year ($1000).

Qualified Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of accumulated experience working with children/adolescents in the mental health field.
