Job summary

SPARC Programs in Laurinburg, NC is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QP) to join our Family Centered Treatment team. The role requires at least 2 years of experience with children and adolescents in mental health and a bachelor's degree in human services.

Eligible QMHPs can earn $45,000–$55,000 per year, with incentive bonuses. Those who complete FCT certification within 6 months receive $1,500, or $1,000 within 12 months.

• Bachelor’s degree in human services (psychology, sociology, or related field).
• FCT experience not required, though candidates with prior FCT experience may be eligible for a higher starting salary.
