Job summary

SPARC is seeking qualified mental health professionals to serve children and families in Burke and Caldwell counties. We offer a values-driven, supportive environment with training and growth opportunities.

Starting salary $52,000–$55,000, with higher pay based on experience and prior FCT experience. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits accompany this role. We provide supervision and licensure support, and a strong team dedicated to whole-person care in a collaborative setting.
