Job summary

Paycom is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for Glasswater Creek of Plainfield in Plainfield, IN. This full-time, 2nd-shift role delivers resident-centered care per each resident’s care plan and supports the clinical team.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification, plus exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to serve with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love,compassion, anddignity
