Reflections Retirement Community seeks a part-time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide individualized care in Jeffersonville, IN. You will implement care plans, monitor health status, and engage with residents and families with compassion.

Responsibilities include reporting health changes to the clinical team, participating in learning opportunities, and upholding confidentiality and dignity in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Position Type: Part Time

Salary Range: $20.00 - $21.00 Hourly

Job Shift: 2nd shift
