Job summary

Oasis at 56th is seeking a Dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to provide compassionate, individualized care in our memory care community in Indiana. You will follow care plans, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, engaging residents and families, and continuously learning through seminars and staff meetings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must hold Indiana QMA certification.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
