Job summary

Paycom is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join the team at Glasswater Creek of Plainfield in Plainfield, IN. This part-time role covers the 3rd shift and offers hourly pay of $20.00.

You will follow each resident’s care plan, report health changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and their families with compassion and dignity while upholding privacy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• QMA certification in Indiana required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to serve residents with love, compassion and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care per each resident's care plan.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Engage with residents and families with compassion and dignity.
• Participate in ongoing education and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
