Reflections Retirement Community in New Whiteland, Indiana, is seeking a full-time Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) for 2nd shift. You will deliver individualized resident care per the care plan and collaborate with the clinical team to report health changes.

• Must hold QMA certification in Indiana.

Responsabilités

Job Details: Job Location: Vita of New Whiteland - New Whiteland, IN 46184, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Hourly, Job Shift: 2nd shift

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team
• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience
• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
