Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a compassionate Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) in Merrillville, IN. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and Indiana QMA certification.

You will deliver resident care per care plans, communicate changes to the clinical team, and engage with residents and families with empathy and dignity. The position offers full-time hours on the 1st shift with hourly compensation of $21.00.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team

• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana
