Job summary

Merakey in Redding, CA is seeking a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our Intermediate Care Facilities. You will oversee Individual Service Plans and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 1–2 years of experience with intellectual disabilities, and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ leadership or management experience

• Conduct ISP-related training for consumers and Direct Support Professionals
• Work within multidisciplinary settings with physicians, nurses, direct support staff, etc.
• Provide ongoing communication with the Regional Center’s liaison or case worker regarding the consumer’s status

Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership or management capacity
• Must be able to oversee caseloads and manage localized case file compliance at the Redding site.

Position Details

Earn up to $30.47 per hour. Shift: 12p-8p 40 hrs/wk, weekend flexibility a plus. Location: Redding, CA.

Duties and Responsibilities
