Merakey is hiring a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) / Program Specialist in Warminster, PA. The role includes serving as the primary advocate for individuals and ensuring monitoring functions are completed.

Position Details

The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional/Program Specialist is a person responsible for serving as the primary advocate for the individuals and for ensuring that monitoring functions are completed appropriately. The QIDP/PS will also act as the Program Specialist (PS). A QIDP's assignment may be a defined caseload. This may encompass traveling to and the responsibility for a defined number of homes in the community SFR & CLP. The QIDP is required to travel to any day program for the individual. The QIDP is the liaison between the facility, individual's family, and outside agencies. Supervision is provided by the Social services Supervisor.
