Job summary

Merakey is hiring Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our program in Redding, CA. The roles involve assisting individuals with daily living activities in home and community settings, promoting safety, dignity, and happiness.

Positions include multiple shifts: full-time, part-time, and PRN. The pay is $17.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a values-driven nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.

Multiple Shifts Available | Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) interact and support our individuals with development disabilities in a variety of potential settings including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings. We provide a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity and contentment of every consumer served by assisting and training individuals in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development. This position provides direct support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities with co-occurring medical support needs in a residential setting.
