Access Systems, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative to grow our Quad Cities market. You will manage a local business territory, engage with owners and decision-makers, and build long-lasting customer relationships that continue after the sale.

In this role you will earn a base salary with uncapped commission and paid training. Expect first-year earnings of $70,000–$80,000 or more with strong performance, and potential top earnings above $150,000.

Qualifications

• Have at least one year of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or a goal-driven environment.
• Proven track record of meeting goals and driving results.
• Comfortable starting conversations and connecting with new people.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local business owners and decision-makers through calls, emails, referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Build a pipeline of new business opportunities in your territory.
• Meet with businesses to understand their technology, challenges, and goals.
• Recommend office technology solutions based on customer needs.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close new accounts.
• Manage and grow the ongoing customer relationships.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and work toward clear sales goals.
