Pembroke & Co. seeks a Restaurant Store Manager in Reading, PA to lead daily operations, coach a front-line team and drive performance for a renowned QSR brand.

You will recruit, train, schedule, maintain food safety and brand standards, and deliver a superior guest experience while managing labor and costs. The role features a 5.5-day week with Sundays, growth opportunities, and relocation consideration as the portfolio expands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant is required.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train team members.
• Build a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns.
• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts.
• Control labor, food costs, and cash handling.
• Review performance and take action to improve results.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering.
• Forecast staffing and business needs.
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks.
