Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Restaurant Store Manager to lead a team, drive results, and own daily operations in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role starts early each day, with a 50-hour week, including Sundays, holidays, and overtime eligibility.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, uphold brand standards, and manage labor, food costs, and cash handling while delivering a superior guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience in QSR/retail preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• ServSafe Certification (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality.
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-energy team, oversee recruiting, hiring and training.
• Create a guest-first culture and ensure service excellence.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and cash handling; drive sales.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and basic reporting.
