Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and training of team members and build a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns.
• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts; control labor, food costs and cash handling.
• Forecast staffing and business needs; manage scheduling, payroll, inventory and ordering.
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks.
