Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory or management role in QSR, P&L responsibility.

• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily execution excellence in restaurant operations for quality food, speed, and service.
• Manage financial performance including sales and labor to meet business goals.
• Recruit, interview, select, and retain top talent through ongoing engagement.
• Champion exceptional guest service and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Communicate daily with the Area Manager regarding performance and priorities.
