Job summary

Nbutexas is seeking an experienced QSR General Manager to lead a restaurant by building strong teams, improving operations, and creating an environment where both staff and guests want to return.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on developing 15–30 team members, driving sales and guest satisfaction, and advancing internal talent into multi-unit leadership within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Current or recent QSR management experience required.
• General Manager experience strongly preferred.
• ServSafe certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15-30 employees.
• Recruit and build a fully staffed, high-performing restaurant.
• Develop shift leaders and future managers.
• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant KPIs.
• Improve speed of service and order accuracy.
• Maintain strong food safety and operational standards.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and recognition.
