Requirements include at least two years of GM experience in quick-service, a track record of increasing sales and guest satisfaction, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional brand standards.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a winning team.
• Create a welcoming, guest-focused culture that keeps customers coming back.
• Implement programs and local initiatives that increase sales and profitability.
• Partner with company leadership and fellow General Managers to identify opportunities and grow the business.
• Work alongside your team and lead by example in every area of the restaurant.
