Qualifications

• Multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or high-volume restaurant environments.
• Proven ability to drive results through people and performance.
• Solid financial acumen and experience managing P&Ls.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Prior or current McDonalds Experience a must have

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple restaurant locations across South Central Pennsylvania / surrounding markets
• Drive operational excellence and execution of brand standards
• Own and improve key performance metrics (speed, service, guest satisfaction, etc.)
• Coach, develop, and elevate General Managers and leadership teams
• Manage full P&L performance including labor, food cost, and controllables
• Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategic improvements
• Ensure best-in-class guest experience across all locations
