Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in District Management, currently in the QSR industry.
• BS/MA in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
• Business development and strategy implementation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Act as the link between headquarters and the district's branches; ensure alignment with company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies and drive focus on increasing sales.
• Build productive customer relations and oversee district day-to-day operations.
