Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an experienced QSR General Manager who loves building great teams, improving operations, and creating an environment where both employees and guests want to come back. This hands-on leadership role oversees 15–30 staff, recruits and develops talent, drives sales and guest satisfaction, and manages labor, food costs, inventory, and KPI performance.

ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are required; open availability including nights and weekends is
