Applegreen Group is seeking a General Manager for a quick service restaurant inside a travel plaza on a major highway. You will lead a dedicated team, manage day-to-day operations and profitability, and ensure brand standards, food safety, and exceptional guest experience.

You will oversee budgets, staffing, and training, drive sales growth, and maintain strong relationships with partners while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or unit-level manager in a quick service restaurant.
• Ability to hire, train, coach, and discipline staff as needed.
• Flexibility to work on-site ~50 hours per week including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day activities of the QSR to hit sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food safety standards.
• Maintain budgets, inventory, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local, state and federal laws.
• Foster a learning, development and recognition culture and recruit/retain a strong team.
