Qualifications

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and people-development skills.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and manage labor scheduling, food supply, and safety.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; provide feedback and development.
• Ensure consistent customer experiences and execute corporate/local initiatives.
• Protect cash controls, inventory, and drive sales and profits.
• Maintain brand standards and health/safety compliance.
